  • Payments for services that have already been rendered
  • Payments made for statutory obligations (unless proven to be erroneous)

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Navigate to the "Payment History" section
  3. Select the transaction you wish to dispute
  4. Click "Request Refund" and provide the required details
  5. Submit supporting documents if applicable

Alternatively, you may visit the Nagar Palika Parishad Bisalpur office with your payment receipt and valid ID proof.

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 15-30 working days from the date of approval. The actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank's processing time.
